Sourdough Breadbowls with Clam Chowder

I used the Natural Sourdough Starter and Sourdough White Bread recipes from The Joy of Cooking. It was sooort of a huge fiasco. Took multiple tries – but the end result was great!

Chowder recipe here. This chowder was easy and extremely tasty.
